Returns Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund securely.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged gear not due to manufacturer fault

  • Items purchased as part of clearance or final-sale promotions (if marked as non-returnable)
